TRITON Asia Pte. Ltd. ("TRITON Asia", "we", "us", or "our") operates this website as the authorised regional distributor of TRITON products in Asia. We are an independent distributor and are not the same entity as TRITON GmbH (Germany); where our services involve TRITON's laboratory — such as ICP-OES water testing — the data sharing involved is described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our website and services:

• Account information — your email address and password when you register, or your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Discord.
• Contact enquiries — your name, email address, company (optional), and message content when you submit our contact form.
• Order and subscription information — items purchased, delivery address, phone number, and order history when you place an order or subscribe. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never receive or store your full card details.
• ICP testing data — sample reference details and water-test results linked to your account or order.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically in server logs for security and performance.

3. What We Do Not Collect

Your shopping cart is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent to our servers until you actually place an order.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Process orders, subscriptions, and deliveries.
• Provide ICP water-test results.
• Respond to your enquiries.
• Improve our website and services.
• Prevent fraud and keep our services secure.
• Send marketing communications — only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

5. Legal Bases

We process personal data where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, where you have given consent, and for our legitimate interests such as keeping our services secure.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (authentication) and to remember your language preference (English/Thai). We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required by law.

7. Sharing Your Information

We share personal data only with the parties below. We never sell your personal data.

• Infrastructure providers that run our website — including Supabase, which provides our database, authentication, and file storage.
• The sign-in providers you choose (Google, Facebook, or Discord).
• Payment processors, to complete your purchase.
• Delivery partners, to ship your orders.
• TRITON's laboratory, to analyse ICP water samples.
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

8. International Transfers

Our service providers and TRITON's laboratory may process your data outside your country of residence, including in Singapore, the European Union, and the regions where our hosting providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection wherever it is processed.

9. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active, order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and contact-form enquiries for up to 12 months after they are resolved. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

10. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are stored as secure hashes, and administrative access is restricted by role. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we review our safeguards regularly.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction — including the Singapore PDPA, Thailand PDPA, and EU GDPR — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, request a copy of it, or withdraw consent you have given. 12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes will be announced prominently on the website.
