1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who We Are

TRITON Asia Pte. Ltd. ("TRITON Asia", "we", "us") is the authorised regional distributor of TRITON products in Asia. We are an independent distributor and are not the same entity as TRITON GmbH (Germany). TRITON trademarks and product formulations remain the property of TRITON GmbH.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to purchase. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Product images are illustrative. We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions and stock status accurate, but errors can occur — if a product's listed price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

5. Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract forms only when we confirm the order. We may decline orders due to stock limits, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraud. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the regions stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns & Refunds

If an item arrives defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

For safety and contamination reasons, opened chemical products (supplements, reagents, and media) cannot be returned unless defective. See our Returns Policy for the full process.

8. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date; cancellation stops future charges but the current period is not refundable. We will notify you in advance of any price change.

9. ICP Water Testing

ICP-OES test results are provided for aquarium-husbandry guidance only and are not certified laboratory analyses for any other purpose. Results reflect the sample as received; we are not responsible for sample degradation in transit. Dosing recommendations based on results are guidance, not a guarantee of outcome.

10. Aquarium Livestock Disclaimer

Our products are for aquarium use only — they are not for human or animal consumption. Keep them away from children.

Reef aquaria are complex systems: results depend on your tank's conditions and your application of the products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of corals, fish, invertebrates, or other livestock, or for damage arising from misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website — including scraping, attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

Website content (text, images, and layout) belongs to TRITON Asia or its licensors. TRITON brand assets belong to TRITON GmbH. You may not reproduce them without permission.

13. Third-Party Links

Links to external sites (such as triton.de and TRITON Lab) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
