Shipping Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on this website.
2. Shipping Regions
We ship from Singapore to destinations across Asia shown at checkout. Some chemical products are restricted for air transport and may be unavailable to certain destinations, or shipped by alternative methods with longer delivery times.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, SGT, excluding Singapore public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm SGT are counted from the next business day.
4. Delivery Estimates
Singapore: 1–3 business days. International (Asia): 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Estimates are not guarantees; we are not liable for carrier or customs delays.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict these charges; please check with your local customs office before ordering.
7. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
8. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Re-delivery or re-shipment costs caused by an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts are borne by the customer.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
10. ICP Sample Shipping
Customers are responsible for postage when sending water samples for ICP testing. We recommend trackable shipping; we are not responsible for samples lost or degraded in transit.
